How your subscription starts, renews and ends.

New companies get 14 days free, with no card needed. You aren’t charged anything unless you choose a plan.
Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see your data and download it.
If a payment fails
We keep trying for 7 days. If the payment still doesn’t go through, your account becomes read-only until it is paid.
Refunds
Fees already paid are not refunded automatically. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email billing@mazbook.app and we will look into it.
