Security
Invoices are sensitive. Here is how Mazbook looks after them.
Your data is kept apart
- Each company’s records are separated, and this is enforced in the database as well as in the app.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer messages are also sealed in the database.
- Records are hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, with a backup every night.
Your records can be relied on
- Once issued, an invoice is locked. Any correction is made with a credit note.
- Invoice numbers run in order with no gaps.
- Every action is logged with who made it and when.
You control who gets in
- Two-factor sign-in is available for every user.
- Owners, admins, staff, accountants and viewers each have their own permissions.
- You can remove someone’s access at any time.
Payments and AI
- Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see them.
- AI receives only the fields needed for one task, never your whole records, and every AI action is logged.
- AI drafts for your review, and is never allowed to invent an amount or a date.
